Shipping Insurance Policy
We want you to have peace of mind when shopping with us! That’s why every order is insured to protect against loss, theft, or damage during transit. If you do not receive your order, please follow these steps to file a claim:
1. Check Your Tracking
• If your order is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please check with your neighbors or local post office, as USPS sometimes marks items as delivered prematurely.
2. Filing a Claim
• If your order is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, a claim must be filed with USPS.
• Claims for lost or stolen packages must be filed 15–60 days after the shipping date.
• Claims for damaged packages must be filed within 60 days of delivery.
• You may file a claim directly with USPS at USPS Claims Portal, or contact us for assistance.
3. Claim Processing & Resolution
• Once a claim is approved by USPS, we will either remake your order or issue a refund, depending on availability.
• We are not responsible for refunds or replacements if USPS denies a claim.
Important Notes:
• We do not issue refunds or replacements for delays caused by USPS.
• If you provided an incorrect shipping address and your order is lost, we are not responsible for replacing it.
